Gonna Chill Out Hard This Weekend.

That counter on the side panel seems to have gone bust, so I got rid of it. I'm going to try to quit smoking starting from last night. Little bastards keep forcing their way back in. Even if I only keep it up for a few months again there's always the positive side that at the very least I wasn't smoking during that time, better than nothing, addicts tend to be pretty creative with their excuses.

Had a meeting at Sarina Russo today with my new case manager, turns out that when you're in the system for about a year you get switched over to a different section. I knew I was probably going to be wrong with my initial assumption that my old case manager had passed me over to someone else out of spite. So hard to get rid of those sorts of thoughts when you dislike someone, but it's not healthy. But I'm with a new person who seems a lot more interested in helping me even if he did have a chronic case of Thankgoditsfridayitis, highly contagious. When I went down to Centrelink afterwards they said I'd immediately have to go back to Youth Allowance once I started studying again, sounds good. So it's starting to go to plan.

I thought I should also mention that on August 22nd this year Alice Cooper is performing at the Convention Centre, if anyone is interested in joining me for that please let me know. Tickets are HERE. I've missed out on seeing him twice now, not this time Alice! His Aussie dates are suspiciously close to when that Rock Out! Festival is supposed to happen, I had hoped that they'd use the extra few months to get some bigger acts involved, have to wait and see.
